Sophia Küstenmacher studied philosophy in Vienna and in Leipzig.
During her studies she worked as a copy writer, a social media manager and partly as a photographer.
After her graduation she moved to Berlin to work as a production assistant for Rekorder, a commercial film production company.
Her big passion for storytelling led her to study Directing (fiction) at the University of Television and Film Munich (HFF) ever since October 2021.
She lives in Munich and works mainly as a freelance writer, photographer and director.
Currently, she is working on her first feature film. Her work focuses on positive, audience-oriented storytelling, with a strong interest in romance and magical realism.
